Geneva's Mayor's Tree Lighting Ceremony Tomorrow Evening

The City of Geneva will host its annual Mayor's Tree Lighting Ceremony tomorrow, Friday, December 6th. The event will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, with free horse and carriage rides available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The rides will line up in the City Hall parking lot. Attendees can also enjoy free hot cocoa and popcorn while supplies last.
There will be restrictions on parking between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Castle Street, specifically between Genesee Street and Exchange Street. Castle Street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event, as will Linden Street.
Participants are asked to watch for pedestrians and horse and carriage rides and to adhere to posted no parking signs.
The City expresses gratitude to its partners in organizing this event, including the Geneva Police and Fire Departments, Geneva BID, C.S. Burrall & Son, and Wegmans.
