Geneva Public Library is now offering a new Yang 24 Tai Chi class led by Pam Bishop. The class, which starts on Friday, September 5 at 10:30 am, takes place in the Community Room. This style of Tai Chi is slightly more vigorous while remaining gentle, low-impact, and suitable for beginners of all ages. Participants can expect to work on balance, strength, focus, and flexibility, while also experiencing stress reduction.

In addition to the Friday class, the library also offers a Tai Chi session on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm for those seeking a slower-paced practice.
